coated fur they can survive up to 33 years. Polar bears can drift about on gigantic pieces of ice. Polar bears can swim to survive swimming through water for many hours without any problem at all, for example if there was a danger or threat they could enter and be safe in the water, swimming great distances without any trouble.
Physical Appearance
Polars bears appearance makes them look friendly at times .Polar bears fur is light in colour and therefore provides the fur camouflage that fights and reflects the glare of the ice. Polar bears normally have longer necks and relatively small heads. They also have short round ears and a short tail. This is because, smaller ears have less surface area than larger ears and longer tails and therefore it helps maintain the body warmth. Polar bears normally and 2.2-2.5 meters in length.
Diet
Polar bears are a well known animal for eating ringed seals, some types of walruses, beluga wales and beard seals. After polar bears eat a meal they can go up to 5 days without eating. Polar bears are a carnivore animal in the bear family.

Polar bears fur is light colour and there for it provides the fur to camouflage against the ice. Polar bears fur is also hollow there for it traps the air inside and assists buoyancy in the water. Polar bears have wooly, insulting layer of under hair which is covered by relatively thin layer of fur.

Polar bears have very thick fat and fur that keeps them warm in such cold weathers and also enables them to swim in cold waters.
Behavioural
Polars bears white fur helps them to blend in with the snow. Aggression occurs between males durning breeding seasons and males when males attempt to steal food but is caught by other polar bears. Polar bears dig dens to protect themselves from the cold wind.
Facts
Baby polar bears are about two feet (3m) long. Polar bears can smell prey from up to 16k away.
